2013 Rainfall

With eight months of the year receiving below-average precipitation, 2013 wound up roughly 5 inches drier than normal—helped at the end by a near-record dry December. Earlier in the year, Seattle recorded its wettest September ever, logging 6.17 inches of rain—an amount that also made the month 2013’s soggiest, with April in second place.
